Welcome to Hair By Megan! My name is Megan Harris, and I’m a professional hair colourist and stylist with over 10 years of experience in the industry.

I trained at an award winning salon in Mayfair, London, and was incredibly lucky to have the owner and head colourist personally mentor and train me throughout my 4 year apprenticeship. She is renowned for her expertise in the industry and with her guidance I developed an expertise in all aspects of hair styling and qualified as a professional hair colourist and stylist. After qualifying I spent a further 4 years working in the salon before leaving to start my own venture.

During my time at the salon, I had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including celebrities, influencers, models, and high-profile individuals. Since then, I’ve built a loyal clientele locally and have become known for my expertise in all aspects of hair styling, including cutting, colouring, and extensions.

Full head of balyage followed with a golden toner and a bouncy blow dry

Client had a beautiful base colour so by adding creamy balayage pieces it just enhances it. Finished with a trim and a blow dry creating some movement.

Full head of reverse balayage, toner to marry it all together. Finished off with a cut and some beach waves.

Full head of hightlights to blend the clients grey hairs she has coming through. Adding a brighter face frame. Finished with a Blowdry creating a lot of volume.

We took about 6/7 inches off the length, then done a full head of natural balayage. Finished with a sleek blow dry.

Full heady of creaming balayage. We cut the ends but also cut in some shape around the front and finished with a wavy blow dry.

This client loves to feel as blonde as possible so we done a half head of highlights and toned it to make it super bright.

Client likes to be slightly darker that her natural colour so we do this by using a semi permanent colour which also leaves the hair looking super glossy. Smooth blow dry to finish.
